About
Our mission
To turn the mixed documents of a Belgian property file into structured facts, verifiable risks and concrete actions — rather than just producing a summary.
Why this tool
A Belgian property file mixes documents of very different kinds (deed, EPC, asbestos, electrical, cadastre, soil…), under rules that differ from one Region to another. An inconsistency between two documents is easy to miss when time is short: that is where the tool helps.
Traceable
Every finding cites the document, the page and the excerpt, as well as the rule that was applied and its version.
Human in the loop
The tool proposes, the professional decides: confirmations, dismissals and comments are kept.
Careful about its limits
We do not present the tool as a notary, a lawyer, an architect or a certified expert.
Transparent about AI
The score comes from deterministic rules. The optional AI reading is shown separately and labelled as indicative.
Where we stand
The tool covers the three Belgian regions (Flanders, Brussels-Capital, Wallonia): EPC, deed or preliminary agreement, asbestos attest, electrical inspection, cadastral extract, soil attest, urban-planning information and co-ownership. We improve the rules from feedback on real files.
